​This platform will allow you to order your satellite symposium and/or exhibition package for AIDS 2022, the 24th International AIDS Conference, to be held in Montreal, Canada, and virtually from 29 July to 2 August 2022 with pre-conference meetings set to begin on 27 July 2022. ​

​Make sure to apply early and to keep in mind the following deadlines: ​

​15.02.2022 - Early fee deadline (in order to secure the early fee, full payment or proof of payment is required) ​

16.02.2022 - Standard fee applies  ​

31.03.2022 - Satellite and exhibition bookings close ​

*Standard fee payment deadline: within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice ​
